The "Not Another Rhubarb" Gin.

The Rhubarb Triangle holds a special place in my heart. Growing up surrounded by those famous forcing sheds, I was always fascinated by the unique way it's grown in darkness. When it came time to make our own Rhubarb gin, I knew we had to do it properly—using locally sourced rhubarb and a bit of Sheffield grit.

The result is a perfectly balanced London Dry that isn’t just "fruity." It’s a light, refreshing blend that captures the floral notes of rosemary alongside that classic sweet-sour rhubarb punch. No shortcuts, no artificial additives, just Sheffield craftsmanship in a bottle.

Distiller’s Note
"Most rhubarb gins are just pink sugar water. I wanted something more sophisticated. By pairing the tartness of the Yorkshire rhubarb with the savoury, herbal hit of rosemary, we’ve created a gin that actually tastes like the garden. It’s light, crisp, and perfect for those lazy summer afternoons."
— Bryn Hawkins, Founder & Distiller

Tasting Notes

  • The Nose: Fragrant and floral with a clear hit of fresh rosemary and a tart rhubarb undertone.
  • The Palate: A beautiful balance of sweet and sour. The rhubarb is front and centre, supported by the aromatic, woody notes of the rosemary.
  • The Finish: Clean and herbal with a refreshing, citrusy zing that makes you want another sip.

The Perfect Serve
This is a garden gin through and through.

  • The Glass: A chilled Copa glass.
  • The Mixer: A Mediterranean Tonic or a light Elderflower Tonic.
  • The Garnish: A fresh sprig of rosemary and a thin slice of fresh ginger to highlight the spice.
  • Pro Tip: If you want to lean into the sweetness, try it with a splash of ginger ale instead of tonic!
