Forget the syrupy-sweet pink gins you've had before. This is something much more sophisticated. Our Strawberry & Black Pepper Gin is all about the balance between the natural sweetness of sun-ripened strawberries and the subtle, warming kick of cracked black pepper. It’s "Actually Made in Sheffield" at Baltic Works, using only real fruit—no artificial "fudge" here.

We wanted to create a gin that captured the essence of a British summer but with a bit of a Sheffield edge. By infusing real strawberries into our classic gin base, we get that beautiful fruity freshness. But the magic happens when we add the black pepper—it’s not there to make it spicy, but to act like a seasoning, making the strawberry flavour even deeper and more intense.

The Mixer: Premium Indian Tonic or a light Mediterranean Tonic.
The Garnish: Sliced fresh strawberries and a tiny crack of black pepper on top to release those oils.
